From the Department of Psychology and Neuroscience University of Colorado, Boulder:
"We are currently conducting a study investigating the feasibility of a yoga intervention to improve symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression for women during pregnancy. The yoga class lasts for eight weeks, is taught by a well known local prenatal yoga instructor, and will tentatively begin on 9/11/11. Participants will be randomly assigned to the yoga class or a treatment as usual group. Participants in the study will be asked to fill out questionnaires, take part in weekly classes, and complete questionnaires and interviews until the eight week intervention is over. There is no cost to participants and we will pay you a small amount to complete the study. Email Kyle at CAMPstudy@colorado.edu or leave a message for Kyle at 303-735-1394 if you're interested or for more information."
